EarthCents® Home Energy Improvement Program for Existing Multi-family Properties
Georgia Power is continuously looking for ways to help increase the comfort and energy efficiency of our customers' homes. The EarthCents Home Energy Improvement Program for existing multi-family properties is designed to assist with whole-unit renovations or individual improvements to a property to help your residents save money and energy. The EarthCents Home Energy Improvement Program will not only benefit the occupants of the dwelling, but will also benefit you.
Existing multi-family properties may be eligible for rebate amounts up to $1,100 per unit by making energy efficiency improvements. Additional Georgia Power rebates may also be available if you are considering changing equipment.
