Jan. 2007	Certification request for pipeline filed in IRP with PSC
March 2007	Pipeline route announced and easement acquisition began
Sept. 2007	Public Service Commission approved combined-cycle units and pipeline
Oct. 2008 - April 2009	Final surveying for pipeline construction
Nov. 2008 - April 2009	Vegetation clearing for pipeline within transmission right-of-way
March 2009	Pipeline construction begun
June 2010	Pipeline completed and became operational
