Fishing

Lake Sinclair provides good fishing opportunities for Channel Catfish, Bull Catfish, White Catfish, Crappie, Largemouth Bass, and White Bass. Sinclair is only second to Clarks Hill in the number of bass tournaments held each year. Catfish are abundant in Lake Sinclair. Both Bluegill and Redear Sunfish are also available.

Fishing in Georgia requires a fishing license. Licenses can be purchased at some sporting goods stores, convenience stores, marinas and county courthouses.

To help you find a great fishing spot, check out the Fishing Report.
