- Property Search Goes Mobile
Georgia Power's new site and building search is fast, easy and great for iPads, iPhones, Androids and all smart devices.
a. From the SelectGeorgia home page, simply click on the Property Search button to find available industrial buildings, office space, business and industrial parks and land in Georgia. Find information on all 159 counties and more than 540 communities in the state. Demographics, including population and workforce, are included for all properties, as well as proximity to highways and interstates, ports, airports and rail. Utility providers, taxes, incentives and other business information is also available on the new search tool.

In a unanimous decision, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Georgia's Lake Lanier is authorized for water supply, reversing a 2009 ruling by Senior U.S. District Judge Paul Magnuson, who had found it was illegal for the Corps of Engineers to draw water from Lake Lanier to meet the needs of 3 million metro Atlanta residents.
