A Letter from Paul Bowers

Information: Shelter in Place Return to Normal

Shelter in Place order Lifted

We understand the importance of energy in our daily lives and we are here for you. We are providing an additional grace period to customers who self-identified as sheltering in place under the governor’s order to help provide some peace of mind.

We are offering Installment Payment Plans which will allow you to split outstanding charges for electric service into smaller increments over a six-month timeframe, beginning with your next bill. This payment plan will exclude any amount that was previously included in an Installment Payment Plan or other special agreement and billed late payment charges. Another option is signing up for our PrePay or Pay by Day rates.
