Depending on your home and eligibility, our programs can offer Completely FREE home improvements to make your home more energy efficient.

Georgia Power customers must meet one of the below to qualify:

  • IF YOU Receive Supplemental Security Income
  • OR Receive Social Security Disability Insurance
  • OR Participate in the Federal Housing Choice Voucher Program (HUD Section 8)
  • OR Are 65 years or older and meet Income Requirements

EASE

For: Income-eligible customers and SENIOR CITIZENS

Eligible customers can receive free energy-saving home improvements, including attic insulation and smart thermostats. These upgrades can help regulate your home’s temperature, save energy, and lower your bills.

Eligible senior customers can receive free energy-saving home improvements, including attic insulation and weatherization. These upgrades can help regulate your home’s temperature, save energy, and lower your bills.

Eligibility:

  • Only available for Georgia Power customers
  • Must be 60 years or older and meet Income Requirements
  • Own and live in your home

HEIP Prefab

For: Manufactured Homes

Eligible customers living in prefabricated or mobile homes can receive free energy-saving improvements, including LED lighting and low-flow showerheads. These upgrades can help reduce energy use and lower your bills.

Eligibility:

  • Only available for Georgia Power customers
  • Must live in a prefabricated or manufactured home
