Is this an individually-owned farm used in the growing or harvesting of an agricultural product, livestock, or poultry?
Are you a temporary customer less than 12 months?
Is your usage seasonal?
Does your account operate less than one 8-hour shift? (HUD less than 220)?
Does your account operate more than one shift? (HUD greater than 220)?
Is your account less than 3,000 kWh per month and less than 30 kW demand?
Do you use less than 31 kW in the summer or less than 49 kW in the winter?
Do you use less than 525 kW in the summer or less than 832 kW in the winter?
Is your account less than 3,000 kWh per month and less than 30 kW demand?
Was the school built after January 1, 1986?
Is the demand greater than 80 kW?
Has the school been substantially reconstructed so that all heating and cooling has been replaced since January 1, 1986 and lighting is new and energy efficient in significant well-used areas?
In general, do you operate more than 1 to 1.5 shifts? (Is HUD greater than approximately 300?)
Is summer demand less than 80 kW?
Is summer demand greater than 80 kW?
Are you a Government Agency or Institution with a total demand of 6,000 kW?
Will you be adding significant demands and kWh's and your total demand is 5,000 kW or greater each month?
Will you be adding significant demands and kWh's and your total demand is 250 kW or greater each month?
