The information provided in this document is subject to audit and verification as deemed necessary by Georgia Power. Applicant agrees to notify Georgia Power immediately of any change in the circumstances that make the applicant ineligible for the Income-Qualified Discount.
By submitting this application, I acknowledge that any discount I may qualify for is made available solely at Georgia Power's discretion and only while the Income-Qualified Discount remains in effect., and that Georgia Power may elect to modify or discontinue the Income-Qualified Discount at any time.
